In honor of the Fall Season I thought I’d give you a little something to help embrace it for those who find the passing of Summer a bit difficult -another playlist that I’ve curated specifically for you. “Falling into Fall” will also be available for sale on my website should you wish to own it and will appear in my social media posts as well.
Keeper of the Flame is mastered! And I wanted to share a poem I wrote for the liner notes which is quite apropos for this time of year. Hope you enjoy!
AS FALL DESCENDS
As Fall Descends and Shadows shift,
The sun-drenched clouds along the River, drift.
A coolness singes now the breeze
And crickets orchestrate the trees.
I fear not that Winter comes
But bask in Autumn’s regal aplomb.
Though Summer’s full of special gifts,
Unheedful of the tides and cliffs,
Fall is the favored season here,
With beauty and nostalgia dear.
It’s warm and slightly cool caress,
Intoxicates with offerings blessed.
They come and go so quickly now,
The seasons, as each takes a bow.
If I could but hold the hands of time,
I’d stay awhile, in Autumn’s clime.

I’ll write again as we get closer to the holidays. In the meantime, be well, be happy and be sure to have fun!
Best wishes,
