Her last release, Just this Side of Spring, she co- produced with Grammy award-winning artist /producer and founder of Windham Hill Records, Will Ackerman. On her new album, In the Wake, Ann Sweeten continues her role as producer in another collaborative effort with Will. He had this to say: “Ann Sweeten’s music continues to evolve, broaden and deepen. Just this Side of Spring hit #3 on the ZMR Radio Charts in 2010, Grey Sky and Bittersweet debuted at #2 on the NAR Radio charts in 2007 along with her previous, A Place in the Sun, the prior year. All THREE were nominated for Best Instrumental Piano Album in 2010, 2007 and 2006 respectively. Two earlier releases, Sapphire Days and Reflections, rose to #3, making these some of the most played albums of modern instrumental music in North America.
